Would you consider this an all natural childbirth?

I met a girl who went to school. I never much liked, but she said hi and I talked to her for a few minutes to keep up appearances. She told me she has a son now. I asked her if she gave birth naturally and she said, "Oh, yes, I had a completely natural childbirth, but about 2 minutes later she said she took a muscle relaxer called Stadol. I thought it meant a completely natural childbirth no pain relief at all … Am I right? And does anyone know the difference between an epidural and Stadol?? Just curious … I'm due in December and wants completely natural birth, if possible (and if I can stand the pain) … all answers are appreciated … thanks

Stadol is not a pain reliever for a relaxing muscle (muscle relaxants do not give them when they need your uterus to contract for delivery), and I personally do not expect that, like all natural.
